The ‘Grand Affair’ package includes the complete styling of your wedding reception venue with an array of exquisite vintage glam / bo-ho/ rustic / shabby chic pieces to include props, furniture, decor accessories and signage. Vintage Affair deliver, set up and style the venue on the day of your wedding and then return the following morning to disassemble and collect the entire collection for our Bride & Grooms.  

With a passion for all things beautiful and rare, Vintage Affair boasts an extensive collection of exquisite props and décor pieces which are unique to our portfolio. Every Vintage Affair wedding is different and no two weddings are ever the same. 

When you book your wedding with Vintage Affair, you have access to our full collection of props, furniture and signage and all items are exclusive to you both for your wedding day as we only take on one wedding per day. The Grand Affair package includes 5 hours onsite venue styling and bespoke set up on the day.

We like to start styling right at the entrance to the venue where your story begins (whichever entrance you and your guests will arrive through on the day we generally begin styling scenes at this point). We create tasteful scenes and vignettes bespoke to you both in accordance to your style and theme preference with our collection. The scheme flows seamlessly throughout the venue carrying the story right the way through from your drinks reception to the main ballroom where you and your guests will spend the majority of your special day. We return the morning following your wedding and collect everything. Included in this service we also style and setup items like your guest book / photos / flip flops / bathroom baskets / cigar bar / Polaroid photo station (we provide the camera and the couple provides the film) or any other items that are special to you both. We coordinate with your suppliers (i.e. photographer / cake maker / venue) to ensure we all work as a team in order to allow you to have the best day possible with no room for error. 

With special touches created around the venue that have wedding guests in awe and leave them talking about the attention to detail for a long time after the Big Day, all our past wedding clients say having Vintage Affair style their Wedding Day was an investment and their photographs and wedding video are one of a kind!

Approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding day we have a full consultation (either face to face or via skype for couples living abroad) where we will discuss and document ideas and preferences around your theme and colour scheme etc., there is no additional fee for this consultation. 

  • Please note: There are no fresh flowers or table centre pieces included in this package. All fresh flowers are additional.  Please see ‘My Fair Lady’ flower menu under the “packages” section of our website.










 







* Vintage Affair offer a nation wide service. Our package prices are however based on travel within a 20km radius of our studio in Citywest, Co. Dublin, Ireland. For venues outside this area please contact us for our rates.
